Prabhat Hospital opened its doors in 1987, founded by Dr. Pramod Agarwal (MBBS, DMRD) and Dr. Sunita Agarwal (MBBS, MD – Gynaecology & Obstetrics). Their goal was straightforward but ambitious for a town like Kamptee: bring dependable, hospital-grade medical care closer to the families who needed it — without asking them to travel far or pay more than they could afford.
What started as a community hospital has grown, across more than 35 years, into one of Central India's most trusted multispeciality hospitals. Today, our service reaches a population of around 20 lakh people in and around Kamptee, and our care has spanned generations of the same families — many of whom were born here, and now bring their own children to us.
